Together with MM Capital Partners Co., Ltd. and Mizuho Leasing Co., Ltd., we have acquired a 50% equity interest in a portfolio of onshore wind, solar PV and hydroelectric power plants in Portugal, developed and owned by TotalEnergies.

Key Points of the Investment

At the time of the investment, 98% of the portfolio was already operational, providing stable and predictable cash flows. This represents our first direct investment in Portugal, strengthening our regional diversification. Partnering with TotalEnergies, a leading player in the industry, we aim to build our asset management expertise.

Future Actions

We will continue working with a wide range of business partners to pursue further investments in renewable energy projects.
